Driving positive change through the power of design.
Established in 1953, AIA Memphis has served West Tennessee as the local chapter of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) for over 65 years.
This month, we are featuring a keynote address from our newly appointed Executive Director, Justin Jakovac.
Taking place at the historic Chickasaw Country Club, this gathering provides an opportunity for local architects, emerging professionals, and industry partners to reconnect over lunch while hearing firsthand from our chapter's new director.
This month, the EP group will be hosting a photography competition based in The Edge and UTHSC Campus. The group will meet at 5:30 in the Medical District Park for a brief introduction and then break apart to complete the 'HOT SHOT' exercise. There should be an emphasis on capturing heat through photography, as the title suggests, and the photos will be judged based on that metric. To follow the exercise, attendees will be provided a link to submit their photos, with the photos being displayed and the winner announced at July’s event. Don’t you want eternal AIA Memphis bragging rights?
CiV Summer Scholars is a college-preparatory and portfolio-building experience for 9th-12th graders and rising college Freshmen.
Archimixer is a complimentary benefit of Allied Membership in AIA Memphis.
Attendance is restricted to members of the host firm and current Allied Members.
