An abandoned building is transformed into a new creative workspace for a tech and marketing firm.

The two primary design goals were: to provide an inspiring collaboration space for designers to work and create a flexible space to invite and foster relations with the community.

There are two intentionally different environments within the project. The ground level is open and bright as it is utilized for group meeting areas and public gatherings. The second level is designed to encourage a deeper level of individual concentration for product development including website and video production.
