Building Plastics, Inc. was founded by the late Alexander R. Hill in Memphis, Tennessee in 1963. The company is a wholesale distributor of residential and commercial floor covering that specializes in ceramic tile, counter surfaces and supplies, wood and laminate, carpet and cushion, and resilient.
