Allied Member Membership, $600/year

AIA Memphis provides benefits that respond to your unique business development goals in the architecture and design community. With ongoing communication from AIA Memphis, your Corporate Partner benefits can respond to changes in your company’s services, products, and goals. Organizations must be a Corporate Partner before participating in AIA Memphis events or purchasing additional sponsorship opportunities. Renewable annually.

Event or Program Sponsorship, starting at $150

Throughout the year AIA Memphis hosts a variety of events and programs with a broad spectrum of sponsorship opportunities. As details are finalized for each, levels are announced. Organizations enrolled in our Allied Members Program receive immediate and direct notification of these opportunities. Our typical large programs include the Awards Celebration Gala (spring), Golf Tournament (fall), Design Auction, Folio (the printed annual released in January/February) and others.


Exclusives, starting at $600

Top-Tier Benefactors have the opportunity to claim exclusive sponsorship spots and receive the first-right-of-refusal for the next year's programming. Our typical exclusives include Forum sponsorships, Bar Sponsorships at various events ($2,000 and up), Red Carpet ($4,500 at the Annual Gala), Folio back cover, and more. Organizations enrolled in our Allied Members Program receive immediate and direct notification of these opportunities (after a period of time has been provided to the previous sponsors for their choice to reclaim an exclusive).




Frequently Asked Questions


  • May I attend an event without becoming an Allied Member?
    Maybe. For some of our events we offer Guest tickets to enable the general public to celebrate with us. However, any promotion of your company or service is specifically prohibited as doing so would diminish the investment of other partners who have paid to participate. Also be mindful that some events have strict capacity limits and are therefore limited to members only.


  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, how is my investment handled?
    At times an event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances outside of our control (such as the recent pandemic, rain for an outdoor event, insufficient registration, etc.). If the event is postponed, your investment will automatically roll forward to the next date. If the event is cancelled, a member of our staff will contact you to inquire about other opportunities that may interest you. Refunds may impose a hardship on our organization but occasionally are the best resolution for all involved.

  • Will AIA Memphis host a continuing education seminar provided by my organization?
    Maybe. We receive many requests for this service because it serves as a great forum for companies to educate about their products and services. AIA requires that CEUs offered by our chapter focuses on education instead of promotion. Members of our group will review your programming request to determine if it fits with the needs of the membership. As an alternative, we will promote education that you provide and host as a part of your membership (1/year). We will also register 1 course/year with AIAU on your behalf.

  • May I setup a display table at an AIA Memphis event?
    Yes, if that is an opportunity offered as a part of that event. Display tables are typically sold as an additional fee. Forum luncheon sponsors are allocated a complimentary display table at the entrance of the sponsored luncheon if we are meeting in person.
